Perfect match for C840 metal roofing

Used these for skylights in multiple farm buildings with C840 metal roofing profiles. The fit is absolutely perfect - you can't tell where the metal ends and polycarbonate begins. Excellent water drainage and structural performance in our harsh rural environment.

Good for specific applications

Installed for warehouse daylighting where existing roof is C840 profile. Works well for the intended purpose, but the deep profile means limited availability compared to standard corrugated. Plan ahead and verify profile compatibility before ordering.

Excellent structural performance

The deep corrugation provides outstanding strength for large spans. Used on a manufacturing facility with 30-foot purlin spacing - no deflection issues. Installation requires experienced crew familiar with this specific profile, but results are excellent.
