MOQ varies by product: Sheets 200 sqm, Awnings 10 pieces, Custom canopies and greenhouses have flexible MOQ.
How long does delivery take?
Standard products: 7-15 days production + 7-25 days shipping. Custom products may require 2-4 weeks additional development time.
Do you provide samples?
Yes, we provide samples for quality evaluation. But only 1/4 size polycarbonate sheet is free. Custom samples available for specific requirements with nominal fees.
What warranty do you offer?
10-year warranty against UV degradation and yellowing. Installation and technical support included.
Can you create custom colors?
Yes, we offer custom color matching service using RAL or Pantone color systems with reasonable minimum quantities.
